Profile
This subscription allows you to try a range of origins, varietals and flavour profiles – without having to choose them one by one. You might receive a familiar favourite or a sneak preview of beans before they reach our shop counters, or occasionally a very small lot that we only send to subscription customers. The repeat subscription can be tailored to your needs – you may want to read through the Subscription Information page before you start.
Select your preferred roast range from the two options :
Light to Medium roast coffees –
A light, light to medium or medium roast coffee in each delivery. These coffees generally have a lighter body and more acidity, and tasting notes will often include tropical fruits or floral notes with a bit of sweetness.
Medium to Dark roast coffees –
A medium, medium to dark or dark roast coffee in each delivery. These coffees will generally be fuller-bodied with notes of cocoa or caramel, occasionally with juicy or jammy fruit.
Filter by roast level on our main coffees page to see which of our current coffees fall within each range. Read about how we classify roast levels here.

Grind Guide
Cafetière
A coarse grind also suitable for cold brew. We use the word cafetière, but this can also be referred to as a French press, plunger or press pot.
Aeropress slow
Suitable for making a long, filter style coffee, often brewed for a few minutes. Similar to our paper filter setting.
Filter
This is suitable for our paper filters and ceramic or plastic cones, along with other brands such as V60, Clever dripper and Melitta.
Stovetop
This is an espresso style grind suitable for use in hob top espresso pots such as a Bialetti or Grunwerg. Sometimes referred to as a moka pot.
Aeropress fast
This is also an espresso style grind ideal for brewing a short, concentrated, espresso style coffee in an Aeropress.
Domestic espresso
A fine grind for using in your home espresso machine. Grind requirements will vary depending on brand and model, but this setting aims to work for the majority of home setups.
Whole beans
For use in your home grinder!
